These are the latest Corrections For:
The THIRD EDITION of: "Perera's Telegraph Collector's Guide".

NOTE: The 2008 World Economic Crisis and decrease in the value of the dollar
has made it necessary to revise the price guide as shown below.
This represents a decrease in key values of approximately 1/3.

Unfortunately, no matter how hard I tried to make it "perfect", some errors and problems remained in the final product. Hopefully you will email corrections to me and I will be able to incorporate all of them into the next edition.
